Dll mystery

What action are you taking to make this error occur? Are you opening a certain program? Are you closing something? Typing something? etc...

Thank you for responding. I'm starting up my machine when these windows appear. I also get an addition error loading message which reads:

c:\Windows\iziqulicakenakoh.dll

Don't know how they got there or what they mean other than I'm afraid of it.
