I am going to buy next week new memory stick to my PC.
But I am not 100% sure on the model.
my choises are the new G.Skill series PI 2X2024 DDR2 1000Mhz 5-5-5-15 2.0 BPI
and the Mushkin PC 8000 2X2024 1000Mhz 5-5-5-12 2.1 XP Redline
I know that the Redline is the high end memory from muskin but those shiny G.Skill sinks are appealing.
I will like to get a second opinion and I think this is the best forum to ask.
BTW my rig: Q6600, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI 8800GT 512MB Leadtek
The second one has tighter timing, but higher voltage. So they should be around the same.
Keep in mind all 1000mhz ddr2 are just factory overclocked 800mhz sticks. You may need to set them manually in bios if they default back to 800mhz on auto. Also, being already factory oced, they won't oc any further.
