Ok the issue is All 4 of the HDD isn’t initializing keeps giving me
I/O Device Error. Computer sees it in the Bios and Disk Manager.
1) used Magic Partition (didn’t work)
2) Disk part (didn’t work)
3) Acronis Disk manager Suit (didn’t work)
4) WD Diagnostic tools
5) Seagate tools
6) Active kill disk (didn’t work)
I tried to initialize the drive using,
1) Mac OS 10.4
2) Vista Home
3) Vista Business
4) Vista Ultimate 32 bit and 64 bit
5) XP home
6) XP Pro
1-4 Disk managers see it but can not initialize, But the XP don’t see
the drives at all.
I tried using the drives internally and externally. Internally I plug
it into my Sata Raid ports and I even tried the main Sata ports no
luck. Externally I used Thermaltake Dock and Byte sata/ide adapters
and the TowerRaid . same deal Disk manager sees all the drives but I
can’t format it or partition it.
Try using a boot disk and just running the old school fdisk utility. I have used that to remove some non-dos partitions that most other programs and OSs wouldnt detect.
