HELP! MotherBoard: yay or nay!

Hi, i'm literally about to buy all the parts for my new comp with dilivery tommorrow!!!! YAY!
I was goign SLi, had a good MB, etc, but haven't now changed to non SLi....
how does this MB fair up:

Gigabyte GA P35-DS4 £98.57

I'm getting the q9450 and will be doing some overclocking!

I read some good reviews...

Thats a pretty good motherboard for the price - i got the EP35-DS3P - oc's my Q6600 G0 to 3.5ghz (air)
