19 is your room temperature? if so... then there might be a LITTLE chance that these results are true (except the 10 degrees, that's impossible). You really should try to get this thing to 4GHz if it's that cold there (where you from?).

uhhhh open the case, put your finger on the heat sink. If you get burnt, then i guess its time to get a new mobo thermometer?

This seems about right to me "Played Crysis for an hour hottest it got was 30C" If you are in a 19 degree room.

Some times the sensors are not accurate until you exceed 60.

I do agree with olemmiwinks, use your build in termomemter (finger) to test.

Intel's latest post about the subject was that anything reading under 50C should be considered inaccurate. Worst case when it gets close to 90C it'll shut itself off, so what do you have to lose?

19 degrees isnt that cold, unless you arent aware he's talking in Celsius.

45c load @ 3.2ghz isn't hard to believe, assuming you haven't had to bump the vcore by very much. My q6600 G0 idles in the low 30s and maxes around ~40c (but that's 3.0ghz @ 1.29v w/ Scythe Ninja Rev. B)

Of course, bear in mind what rockbyter said about Intel's latest info on temps.
