blackberry's on cingular

I have a Blackberry 7290 with cingular and Blackberry enterprise server 4.0
My handheld has OS 3.8 on it and until i get 4.0 on it i cannot use some of
the features of BES 4.0 Does anyone know when Cingular is going to release
OS 4.0 for this model?? Thanks.
