i have been lookin at the differences between p5k and p5k-e and there arent many!!!
one has Wifi card... 1more pci x1 slots.. few more usb ports.. nothing major
what im wondering is which of those boards has the best onboard audio???
one has ADI® AD1988B
and the other one Realtek ALC 883
any idea which one is better??!  
i have logitech z-5500 and i wanna take full advantage of its power! or would i be better off with a 50$ sound card??

I dont think x-fi card r good for 100$.... pay 125$ for MB and 100 for soundcard? thats insane... but yeah the AD1988 is the one on the 150$mb (the p5k is 130$)

Yes it's insane. But if it matters to you like to some people it's still worth it. For moviebufs/audiophiles it's worth it. Some people pay $600 for graphics cards to get smooth gameplay with all the eyecandy possible.
Both boards are 8 channel capable so you don't need to be worried about not being able to use all speakers.
