Question on installing Accelero S1 on 8800 gt

I've got the XFX 8800 GT alpha dog card. I just received my new cooler, the Accelero S1 rev 2. This is my first mod of a GPU. Before I go crazy with a screw driver, can anyone tell me which screws hold the stock fan to the GPU?There are 12 screws on the backside and I think two smaller ones on the connector. Do all 12 screws need to come out? Figure better to ask and do the job right the first time.

Well, I had no problems taking the stock fan off of my 8800gt; it's pretty straight foward. Unscrew all screws until you can take the cooler off, then read your manual on how to install your new cooler. I can't help you with that part as I have an HR03.

Thanks for the quick response folks. I feel much better about proceeding. I probably need to get some cleaning fluid (or try the eraser trick). All else fails, I have arctic silver 5 or AC MX1 plus some super glue.
