Hi,

I bought my macbook in 2007 and last year i drop it. Had to replace the screen ($400) and was told I may have hard drive issues as a result of the drop. Last month I had the laptop crash (folder with ? was as far as I could get) so I reinstalled all the software...fine until this morning...now its just a blue screen; however, if i hit C at the start of powering it on I get the same annoying ? folder!! Should I look into replacing this hard drive? Are the procedures easy? Will the software that came with the computer install? I'm so tired of loosing my work...please help or send me to where I can get help. Thank you very much!

No warranty, first of all I drop it so it would not be cover (my own fault) and also I only got the 1 year warranty. Macbooks for student cost 950.00 when I bought it, and came with a free iPod!
