hey guys can u recommend a good motherboard for these spec.
q6600
4gig ocz ram 800mhz
9800gx2
i plan to do sli later on so i need 1 more slot and my budget is around 150 or less.
i bought a msi p6n diamond its an okay board but i can only overclock @ 2.7 so i want a mobo which can achieve
atleast 3.4ghz

If you want at least 3.4GHz your going to have to give up SLI for an intel chipset or spend $250 for the 780i which might still not get you there. nVidia chipsets do not overclock as well as intel chipsets.

250$ thats to much over my budget. the mobo i have hits 3.0ghz max trying to hit higher results in instability. would i notice a difference if overclocked to 3.4ghz from 3.0ghz.
