Hello please help i have a xfx 780i motherboard @ 22c and a QX6850 3.9 ghz @ 36c idle- 47c gaming and xfx gtx280 xxx @42 idle 79 max gaming crysis are these temps ok or should i look into more cooling options???

They're fine. You're about 30c under the thermal limit of each of those.

well mine sits at 61c for idle on gpu and 54 on idle for cpu and am starting to think about lapping the cpu

I havent lapped my cpu but have been fiddling around with overclocking for a bit now and this is the best i have got stable just wondering if you out there thinks it is ok
