This is going to be my first Self Put Together Comp.
Can you rate and advise on settings in BIOS ect, and maybe some tips on assembling my new baby..

Looks good to me.

In case you are interested in OCing......
Check out:
P35-DS3L OCing HOW TO It should help you with the settings people are using to OC on smiler board (BIOS looks almost exactly the same in ALL P35-DS3x motherboards). Also check out:
