Dvd rom not working

Hello,
I have formatted my hard drive. Now when I try to install windows my dvd rom is not working and the "operating system not found" error is coming. How do I install window now?

Make your CD Rom 1st drive in boot sequence in BIOS Setup (usually F2 Key)

If the DVD drive is not working (and it's not the disk or some other issue), replace it.
