HELLO MY NAME IS VINCENT AND I HAVE A DELL VISTA PC DIMENSION E520 PC AND I AM HAVING A PROBLEM TRYING TO FREE UP DISK SPACE ON RECOVERY(D0..SAYS "LOW DISK SPACE" AND I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING IN TERMS OF BACKING UP SYSTEM OR RESTORING BECAUSE IT KEEP POSTING THAT MESSAGE. I HAVE USED"DISK CLEANUP' AND IT STILL SAYING DISK SPACE LOW. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE

The recovery partition is normally inaccessable, but there are some Windows apps that (unscrupuously) manage to add files to it. The best advice I can give you is to contact DELL support, or join their community forum and post your question. You can resize, extend, move, etc partitions with 3rd party software, such as Easeus, Disk Director, but two questions arise.

1) - Will I corrupt or otherwise make my recovery partition unuseable by the DELL recovery process by doing this ?
2) - Can the 3rd party software (or Vista) software, even see the Partition ?
And you then are left with the task of finding what APP(s) on your system is/are adding to your recovery partition.
