If I don't have any mounting points available for another fan for my case, are there any other options for adding a case or other fan to cool things down some more?

What do you mean by 'other options for adding a case?'

When it comes to adding a fan in this situation, you would have to mod your case yourself. You would have to cut or dremel the right size whole with mounting points into your case.

Can add an extractor fan that fits a PCI slot.

Check them out.

Yes your best option would be to mod your case and add more fan slots but obviously maximus_delta 's option is easier and probbaly more attractive.

There are also intake fans that fit into floppy bays and suck cool air into your case, that run off molex.

Just a clarification....spot fans are good for cooling down a hot spot within a case but won't change the temperature of the case.

And for the engineers, tech geeks and anal retentive types (IOW, peeps like me), yes, it is acknowledged that adding a spot fan will actually increase the temperature inside the case a teeny bit.
