Which cooler is better, ocz vanquisher or arctic freezer 7 pro...? im doing some oc on my rig, e2160 @ 3 ghz... which cooler should i use... Thanks in advance,

skip all those and get a zerotherm nirvana 120mm if your case can support it. also pair it with some arctic silver. it cooled my q9450 from 51c idle to 38idle and never goes above 55c under load
