I am becoming obessive, and am frying my brain to get parts.
I have an $800 budget (only thing not included is monitor), I game, use photoshop, painter x, flash, etc. I need a wireless adapter, and I want to get a cheaper CPU I can OC cause Im waiting until these new 45nm quads come out and get cheaper. I am used to xbox 360 graphics and games. Thank you again, my other was for a different budget and I closed it cause im retarded. I have spent hours to no avail, and its really ticking me off. Please. Help. I am going crazy. Sorry to those in the other thread, you have lessened my craziness a bit.

For $800 you should be able to build a gaming system that makes your Xbox 360 graphics look very weak. With this budget you should easily afford an 8800GT w/512. You can't beat the E2160/E2180 for a budget build.

i agree start with a 8800gt, and a E6300 conroe, and go from there.

If you are gaming, start with the best video card you can afford, second motherboard, third ram, then fill in the parts with cheap ones and see where you sit. You should fall under $800, and you can up the memory, or disk space, or whatever your priorities are.

Plus, what 4gb of ram should I get. I want to overclock the new 45nm quads when they come out and price lowers. The cost of ram and psu need to be under $180 total (a little above budget). 300$-30$ mir = 270$ ( - 40$ for crysis which i am guessing you will want anyway to test the system and play of course = 230$)
better and [strike]cheape[/strike]r than your option + will run crysis better. if you already have crysis get the version without for 240$ EDIT: didnt see the vista combo, but i would still consider spending 30$ more for the gts

samsung hdd have a reputation for being bad, consider something else. depending on your storage need you can get a seagate barracuda 7200.10 250gb for 70$

if you have any cash left get a better processor or mobo

e6300 is only 5$ less, but i dont know much about how these compare,. e6300 might better for all i know.
research it + compare with the one you already chose. if the performance isnt worth 100 $ dont spend it

You're not taking the optional service plans listed on there, are you? That's a sucker's bet for virtually every electronic device. The only thing I'd get extended warranty on is laptop equipment, and that's because of the extra wear-and-tear on them, plus the proprietary aspect of screens, motherboards, etc.

the order isnt processed yet, so If I should change anything just ask.

I plan to overclock e2160 on stock cooler as high as possible (around 3ghz)
I got ddr2-1000 to be ready when I get one of the new 45nm quads and overclock it.
I will only accept recommendations that lower the price for same performance, no 8800gts.
Will the motherboard handle the upcoming 45nm quads.
I am not getting the 45nm quads right away, I will wait till prices drop.
Should I modify my first post to this?
