Has anyone seen this link? Looks like Mesh could be going the same way as Evesham, Carrera, Time, Watford....

Not looking good for owners of mesh computers, and for those considering it definatly seems like going elsewhere would be a better idea.

First link says article not found.

I had a Mesh PC ages ago - a 1ghz Athlon. Was decent, until it started to lag out for no particular reason, even after multiple reformats. Can't remember what graphics card (if it wasn't onboard) it had though.

Still sad to see them in trouble though.

I have serviced Mesh computers and Evesham pcs in the past, and have felt that they were all intense and purposes the same machine... Even down to the hard disk, motherboard, ram and brand of video card....

Now 4 main companies have gone bust over the last few years.... Tiny and Time owner whos company Granville Technology went pop at the time of the fiasco put money into Evesham after they went, and saved their backside a year or so ago by putting money in....

Watford Electronics went, they used to sell BBC Computer stuff so how far back were they until they went pop....

Just sad to see them fail,,,, down to Dell tho... Shouldnt be allowed Dell to have this much power... Need to be stopped by the government before its too late....

Anyway 90% of Mesh repairs were poop powersupplies... Mesh PCs are just normal pc clones after all...

Micromend in Chelmsford, Essex repairs all pcs... Google them
