My computer screen jumps back to the top without moving the mouse

when I go to a website and scroll down the page, the computer returns to the top of the page by itself. What can I do to stop this? The computer uses Vista. The mouse is wireless.

I cannot read anything because it keeps jumping back to the top of the page.

Can you halp me or tell me who to contact?

Use another browser - Same problem ?

I am not really computer literate. I do not know what you mean by changing browsers. I do not know what browser I am using. I need some info!

A Browser is what you use to connect to the Internet to (Browse).
You are probably using Internet Explorer ?
You can search online and download other browsers, like:
1 - Mozilla Firefox
2 - Google Chrome

You do not have to get rid of your current browser. You can use any of them.
