What utilities does everyone use to look at temps?

What utilities does everyone use to monitor their CPU and GPU temps? Including nVidia and Ati cards? I've read that some utilities are not as reliable as others, so I am curious on what is used for benchmarking standards for temps. Do any of these have overlays to see your temps under a full load while gaming? Do you test these and just 'play the game' to see what temps are or is there a set 'demo' that is run to put the system under full stress to see what the temps are? I know 3dmark does that for frame rates and such, but I haven't used that in a while and the last time I did I don't think I saw anything in there for temperatures.

For CPU I use Core Temp, and for GPU, I use GPU-Z.

Some other good apps would be RealTemp and SpeedFan.
As for overlaying the temps in games, I know that CoreTemp will display your CPU temps on the display of a G15 if that helps...

If you want to see your CPU temperature under stress, use Prime95 in combination with RealTemp.
