well idk which one is better but ill tell u this
i own a abit Fatal1ty IN9 SLI and i was using a E6600 oced it to 3.6 on water
then got a Q6600 and had a hard time getting it past 2.7 stable even then at 2.7 could not keep the OC stable for my life
now i am trying to get ether an X38 or X48 for Ocing but idk if the IP35 will OC better for quad cores
