The wattage will depend if you´re going multigpu or not, but 650 watts is more than enough for any single card build with space to spare a minimun of 750w for multi builds.

Which one? your budget will tell, but a seasonic x series is what I always recommend, the XfX pro series and corsair tx are good ones, antec too.

That´s a good one, but the seasonic is gold rated and fully modular and you could get the x750w for the same price, it´s your choice, you´re good with both.

ok thanks someone told me to get a 1000w for some reason in-case i want to upgrade my pc. any he said that it has a higher chance to go on 1 rail. idk what he means by that

The psu can deliver the power split in one, to or more rails specifically the 12v, is a matter of discussion about one or two rails are better some prefer one, some said two isn´t bad, the seasonic is single and almost every good one.

Having a 1000w psu can be counter productive because a psu work at a better efficiency at 50-80% of load and if you don´t have a multicard build maybe you will load a 1000w psu by 50% max and can be overkill even in multi so is your choice.

Check your possible power conpsumtion here.
