Back in December I built up a system using this memory

was just checking a few things in CPU-Z and I noticed this,



I'm sorry I feel really stupid for asking this, but that's not right.....right? It should be reported as PC28500??

CPU-Z recognizes it as PC2 8400, but you see that there is an SPD for 533mhz, meaning it is fine, that's what you ordered. The official max for DDR2 is supposed to be PC2 8400, but the good folks who make our stuff have found ways to overclock it.
