Nice mobo to OC q6600

Hi all, i need some information about OCing q6600...

I've read previously that biostar tpower i45 is good for OCing..
But, I'm not sure about quad...

Please give any suggestions for me...

Didnt have any problems getting my q6600 G0 to 3.6 on air with an Asus p5k board.

The P45 or X48 chipsets are good overclockers depending on whether you will have a single or multi gpu setup. Asus and Gigabyte are both reliable brand names.

I've read some article stating that biostar tpower i45 only get 4-phase..
I myself don't understand about this phase stuff anyway...

They also stated that this board is good for OCing any dual...
But not for quad.. <--- Beacause of the 4 phase???? Is it true???

Any helps will be very appreciated...
