I'm looking to buy a new motherboard, and found that dp35dp suited my needs alright. I have a 2.13 GHz Core 2 Duo E6400 processor and a NorthQ Giant UFO mounted to it for cooling.

Having I looked at the diagram in the product brief at Intel's website, I'm worried that my CPU cooler is not going to fit, as the chipset cooler is awfully close to the CPU socket:

I'd hate to part with my UFO, so does anyone know whether it can fit on the DP35DP? If not, do you have a suggestion for a decent motherboard in the same price range where the cooler would fit?

GFX: GeForce 7950GT
Memory: 2x1 GB PC6400 800 Mhz RAM as well.

Any P35 motherboard would be good for you. Check out the Gigabyte P35 DS3L... it can usually be had for less the $100 and is a great motherboard for that C2D you have there. If you need onboard RAID step up to the DS3R.
