No tv out on 8800gtx

I've had my GTX more than a year and the TV out worked fine on XP. On vista though, i cant even see the tv options at all .
What i mean is : Under the "Video and Television" menu the only available option is "Adjust video and color settings".
On Xp there were another 3-4 ortpions for tv detection and settings. I have the latest drivers and everything is configured correctly (i believe)
