Building a new computer.  Stuck on Motherboard selection.  I am going to use an E8400 processor.  I plan on a slight overclock in the future.  I DO NOT plan to SLI or Crossfire, so only need one PCI-E slot.  I do not plan to RAID.  Going to run DDR2 800 or 1066 Ram.  I need recommendations on which board is better for my needs.

1) Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
2) ABIT IP35 PRO

I am leaning toward the ABIT board because it seems to ave a better BIOS and tuning/tweaking.  It also has heatpipes for the NB and SB.  I have heard of cooling issues with the NB and SB on the Gigabyte.  I will be using and Antec 900 case.  I want to spend around $150 max.  I like the price of the Gigabyte, and the features seem to fit my need..........cooling of NB and SB concerns me.  Any feedback on these boards or other suggestions would be appreciated.  Also, how are the fan controls on the Gigabyte compared to ABIT.  I don't mind paying $50 more for ABIT if it is that much better or the features are well worth it.  I want something quality and stable most important.

The Gigabyte does get a little warm on the NB but i just put a fan on it and that did the trick. The SB is just fine as is, the DS3L is a great board for what you want but i cant say much about the abit board but i have heard alot of good things about it plus it does cool better. I say go with whats cheaper cause there both good boards.

The fan you put on it......is it a case fan you have blowing on it, or an actual NB heatsink/fan combo such as:
