CPU voltage problem?

Hi, recently I overclocked my P4 Prescott 2.8GHZ to 3.2GHZ and so far ive been okay. But now I've been getting some errors in games so I decided to check CPU-Z and this is what I saw.

3.056 Volts are you kidding me!?

It's gotta be an error right?

Yeah, that's an error. There's no way windows would boot up with 3v on the cpu. See what HWMonitor says.
