Troubleshooting random freezes?

these freeze ups really do seem to be random, they will be in as quick as an hour, or sometimes as long as 5 hours, running prime95 does not make them happen any sooner than having it sit doing nothing.

The temperatures are fine, I have tried removing RAM, changing voltages, anything I could find through google, so now, here I come to the gurus for help

evga 8800GTS512 x2
500g barracude x 2.
PCP+C Silencer 750

Thoughts? Things to try?
