are you air cooled?

Gordon04, yes I am, the mb cooler was making way too much noise about 3 months ago and I turned it off

u have a cpu fan installed im assuming, so id try lapping your cpu and heatsink or upgrading to a water cooling setup

The temps look normal for the CPU if you're running a stock heatsink. A good heatsink should get them down into the 40's. You should replace the motherboard fan, as the mobo is running a bit hot.

As to the low fps and lags, your video card is quite dated and should be replaced. Something in the area of a 8800 GT or 3870 or better would give you a substantial boost in the frame rates.

Over 50. Seen it, done it, can't remember it, but I miss it.

You can connect the mb fan to a header on the mb that you can control the speed on it.

My 790i board has a NB fan that sounds like a jet aircraft, so I keep it at 40%, quiet, but getting some cooling action in.
