Looking for confirmation that a Sapphire Ultimate Edition Radeon 3850HD will fit a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L motherboard.  I'm mainly worried about the heatsink on the video card preventing the card from being seeded due to the Northbridge heatsink and/or the memory slots.  I spoke to both Sapphire and Gigabyte, and although they said that they thought it will fit, they could not tell me it will definitely fit.

Sorry but again no actual experiance with the two but i wouldnt want to do it even if it did fit, I would worry about the heatsinks being so close together.
