5600+ vs 5400+ Black Ed.

I'm planning to upgrade my sys.

4200+
m2v
2 gb 667 elixir
3870 OC
500 watt cooler master extreme power

If I would get the 5400+ I guess I would OC it but not much because of the
cheap mobo and tier 4 psu.

any suggestions?

i wud say get the 5600+......
wit 5400 BE u can get little OC done which can b obtained with the 5600+. i hav a 5600+ n i can OC it easily to 3GHz. i read that some people reached 3.2 even. i don think 5400 BE can go do ni beta dan that. PSU won b n isue sinc i did ma OC with 450W, but i isud also add that bak den i used low end grafix. now that i got a 9600GT, i removed da OC but i beliv 500W is enof for OC even with 3870.
plus wit both procesors runin at 2.8, with 5600+ u get 2mb L2 cache. that is a big plus point on 5600
so get da 5600.....
