You are spending to much and not getting enough. $140 for a case with one fan? Look at the Antec 900 or something like it. Here's a P182 for $70 after MIR;

Can't recall reading anything about the PSU, but you can get a very good 750 watter with a lot less bling for about half that.  
 
Take a look at these coolers, one even has an led fan, which does nothing as far as keeping things cool. It does look cool though.

i'm buying the case for the 2 x 250 fans on the side i plan on putting sythe's in the other spot i dont mind the extra cash this is the airflow i'm looking for i think
