Hi all

to date i have built around 100 pc without problems but i have an issue with a current build and can't seen to work it out.
the system spec is:

2.4ghz Core2Quad
Asrock motherboard
2x1GB 800MHz DDR2
Geforce 8800GS

The system installs windows xp pro fine with no problems or errors, however after the install windows boots up fine then when i try to install the onboard drivers or the graphics card driver all i get is set up errors. If i try to install the drivers through the update driver option from device manager it tries but then says it can't copy the files. I have tried working memory and two different hard drivers and get the same problems. I even install Wip xp 64bit and it did the same. It also won't istall any software at all.

Any help would be greatly appriciated as i am out of ideas

thanks in advance for your help

Have you installed the chipset (mobo) driver before installing anything else? I know somebody with 100+ built experience should have done this. Just want to give it a try, maybe you skip it accidentally.

That's too vague. What's the exact error? Google it.
