It's under DDR if your board supports it. If not you're out of luck. Try BIOS.
My ASUS nForce4 for AMD does not.
The P35 chipset board I own however does support it and reads it just fine.
I have Asus P5K/EPU board. I haven't find a single program that show my current RAM voltage. they only show the voltage when the RAM runs at that specific speed + timing in the profiles that already set in the memory. Example, EPP profile 4-4-4-12 at 2.2v.
