Anyone knows any program that let you see the RAM voltage?

It's under DDR if your board supports it. If not you're out of luck. Try BIOS.
My ASUS nForce4 for AMD does not.
The P35 chipset board I own however does support it and reads it just fine.

Only thing i see is the CPU voltage.

What kind of a system do you have?
Any idea on the hardware specs?

I have Asus P5K/EPU board. I haven't find a single program that show my current RAM voltage. they only show the voltage when the RAM runs at that specific speed + timing in the profiles that already set in the memory. Example, EPP profile 4-4-4-12 at 2.2v.

ASUS uses a Winbond sensor chip and it doesn't show DDR voltage (at least not for the P5K board).

Here's a screenshot of my GA-P35-DS3P just to show you the difference :
