Create dell boot disk

Hello,I'm Wayne.
I have a dell d620 and I keep getting the blue screen after windows start. I have no recovery disk but I have a dell desktop . what do I do?

If for some reason it didnt come with CD's (which im fairly sure all Dell Desktops do...) you will need to boot from their backup partition. Depending on its age, you could calll Dell Tech support and see if they can send you a new one...
