This is a newbie build for vista gaming. I have fine tuned the build with input from very helpful folks on this forum. Now that I am ready to order I want to make sure I am not forgetting anything. The goal is to have easy assembly and lots of room to grow and tinker with overclocking. Thank you in advance for any feedback.

All looks good, but I am curious about one thing. Do you need the Thermalright AM2 adapter when you are mounting the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme CPU Cooler on an Intel 775 mainboard?
An yes - go for Vista. The change is coming and is inevitable, you may as well be ahead of the curve...
Best I can tell its needed for the P35DS3L. I have checked the ThermalRight site and a few others sites and all seem to suggest it but I am not 100% sure. I am planning on OCing. Thank you very much for the link.
I should have read that list better - looks like the SAMSUNG SH-S202N is an IDE drive from the reviews?
I would recommend a SATA drive instead, lots of users are reporting a problem where the onboard IDE controller forces attached devices to use PIO mode not DMA; drastically reducing the speed at which they run (I had the same problem getting an IDE HDD to work on a GA-G33M-D2SR)
