Uh oh! No cooling fan/heatsink for processor/old one work?

Yes i was wondering if could use my old coolermaster cm12v that was used for my athlon 2800+, with my new athlon 64 5400+ x2? or can i buy a new one from radioshack, office depot... Don't got a bestbuy down here so what our my options i need to buy one today can't wait for shipping over the weekend

You should be able to use the coolermaster, I would order an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64Pro to replace it very soon.

Do the processors use the same slot? if so, then there is no reason that it shouldn't work.
