So my memory has the following stats:

cpuzmf2.jpg

My ram is OCZ Platinum XTC PC2-6400 4GB 2X2GB DDR2-800 CL5-4-4-15 DDR2 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit. Shouldn't it be running a lot faster? I tried just upping the voltage +0.3 so it was 2.1v in the bios but it didnt seem to do anything. What am I to do?

I upped the voltage +0.3 and set the timings to 5-4-4-15 and save the bios.

The computer restarts then just before the bios screen it resets by itself. Then a second time. Then the third time it runs fine but I believe its reset the changes.

How do I fix this? What am I doing wrong?

I reread your post and realized you probably meant the 400mhz part, instead of timing. It's ddr2, so 400mhz x 2 = 800mhz. The bus speed is as it should be. It's just timing that's looser. For that, you can test 5/5/5/15 or something and see if it runs stable. Those things are hit or miss. If it doesn't work out, don't worry about it, you won't notice any performance drop just because of ram timing.
