Will this memory work together in a ASUS P5K-Deluxe MB if I don't set the memory timings on the PC2-8500 to 1066 and let it run at 800 like the Ballistix. I got the Ballistix for free but was hoping to keep two of the Tracers for the light show. But I don't know if my board will run 2x1GB plus 2x2GB for a total of 6GB. I am overclocked now and the Ballistix Tracers are running at 1 : 1 with the FSB. See my sig below for equipment list.

It should run fine. I'm sure both sets of memory have multiple JEDEC and SPD settings so you can just run CPUZ and check the memory tab to see what they are and try to match them up.
