how do i connect xp sp2 to a WPA-PSK TKIP+AES wireless network? The pc has a dlink wireless antenna and i have a belkin wireless router. As far as i can find, i have all the xp sp2 updates. I do not have sp3 and don't want it if i can help it.
Both the router and the computer's wireless link have to have the same security protocols, in your case "WPA-PSK TKIP+AES." You select that security setting for your wireless link, and enter the code you already entered on the router.

As of a couple of weeks ago, you're no longer going to receive crucial security patches and Hotfixes from Microsoft. Is it worth the risk? As to the wireless problem, your PCI card might be old enough not to be able to recognise WPA and in that case, you might need to go down to WEP. As that is so easily hacked, you might consider upgrading that wireless card
