Verizon wireless DSL cannot get onto internet

I just recently started with the Verizon dry loop service and am having problems connecting to the internet. I wired the wireless modem to my computer and did all of the hook ups needed to get onto the internet. Had no problems at all. Then I moved the modem to the room with the phone jack (so I wouldn't have to have a phone cord running down the hallway) I put in the wireless USB and did all of the hook up for that also. Modem being used is a Westell 7500 and the USB is a Zyxel. My problem is I can see the modem and the USB are connecting but it is not allowing me to go to the internet. I keeps coming up no connection. I know the jack works and I know the modem is working with the USB but cannot get onto the internet without wiring it back in. Can anyone help me?
