I want to get (I rather not overclock)

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 Conroe 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E6850

with this memory using XP 32 for now.

G.SKILL 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ

bad choice?

If I was to get the quad E6600 2.4, what memory should i get to go with the evga 780i?

also, any one that has the Evga with a quad e6600, what memory are you using and how easy is it to overclock (cpu), if it's a matter of changing one thing, I will do it. I wouldnt mine going to 2.8 or 3.0 at most if its easy to. I reviewed some guides but i still feel unsure. I just want to leave it stock or just increase alittle that I dont have to mess around to much. thanks

if you could get your hands on an E8400 it would be better then that E6850, but they are extremely hard to come by lately.
