1 computer has 30 times faster connection than onter

Me and my dad have a LAN (the router is Levelone FBR-1418TX 1W, 4L Broadband, if this means anything to you) and we have 2GB/min (if i understood my father correctly) Internet and 100 Mbps lan speed conectoin and my avarege intrenret speed is 5-20 Kbps and his is around 150-250 Kbps conection. I tried anything i know with the router and my computer and nothing seems to work we have 2 computrers on 1 router that is connected on 1 modem.

Can any 1 help me pls.


p.s. There are no radical speed jumps

Make sure you run those tests separately, not at the same time.

If you do check them separately, then try to update your network card drivers, make sure your OS has all the updates needed, etc, etc
Also make sure your computer is virus and spyware free, make sure you run the tests without any torrent applications working.

How do you exactly perform the tests?
