I like the GA-X48-DS4 but its very expensive do you have a good mobo for under $280.
PCIe 2.0
supports 8gb DDR2 800 RAM
max FSB speed of 1333MHz
2 PCIe x16 2.0 ports support crossfire
solid capacitors
supports 45nm chips.
It needs to have a very good integrated sound at least 5.1 capable.
preferably from have dual lan.
I like gigabyte mobos.

That's strange. It's $234.99 on newegg. Where do you live?

You're out of options. Even the cheapest x38/48 cost more. And for the specs you listed, there is nothing else.
