Whih HDD should I install software drivers, OC tools, and other apps?

I have a 150GB 10,000rpm Velociraptor and a 320GB 7200rpm HDD. I'm planning on installing games and the OS on the Velociraptor and files, videos, ISO, documents, and mp3s on the 320GB. However I was wondering, which HDD should I install:

-Daemon Tools?
-Nvidia Driver?
-Razor Deathadder driver?
-EVGA OC Precession Tool?
-Folding@Home?

and other applications like these?

I would think that the mentioned apps should go on your primary partition/hdd,except folding@home can probably go wherever..

some programs I just don't know which HDD to put them in.

Any more suggestions?
