Im building my 1st rig, aimed towards gaming, im about to order all the bits. My final question (ive posted a couple on these forums) is which HDD should i get? First i was going for 2 1tb Samsung F1s then i went for 2 1TB WD Caviar Black, then 2 1TB Seagate Barracuda. Im now toying with the idea of 1 150gb WD VelociRaptor and 1 1tb Seagate Barracuda. Are the Raptors worth the extra cash and less space? I see the Seagate are 7200rpm and the Raptors are 10000, is this much of a differance?

May as well get a Solid State Drive. That's where the speed technology is headed.

Ive decided just to go for the 2x seagate barracuda, if solid state or the raptors drop in price ill get one at a latter date.
