overclock on p35-ds3p q6600

does anyone else have this mobo and has done a overclock? its my first attempt at o.c and i was wondering what settings people have used all the guides ive read r usless cause my bios has different names for all the things i was wondering if somoene had done a mild o.c to say like 3.0ghz and i could use there settings as something to work of.
