W32.Ramnit worm removal

Hello everyone. As the title says, I got a virus somewhere under the classification "W32.Ramnit". This little virus attempts to attack .html related files on the disks. It also brought in Bloodhound.PDF and Backdoor.Tideserv virus classifications. I also noticed that it can also infect other computers with a Microsoft platform via USB.

So this is my question: How should I stop the virus and disinfect my USB?

Also, I'm using Symantec anti-virus (not the Norton brand)

open start menu, open run, write cmd press enter,type cd.. untill it goes to C:/
Then write dir/ah/w press enter, see if there is any file with .exe which u don't know or autoru.inf , then write attrib -r -s -a -h and the file name press enter
then type del and the file name press enter
after doin this close window and restart computer
use reginout software that may help u
