Buying a new budget PC

Hey guys

So yeah I am buying a new budget PC and these are the specifications , I didn't mentioned chassis ,HDD and PSU cause I already have those

These are the specifications

Intel G645
HIS HD 7770 1GB ICOOLER
GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Is this a good budget PC? Thanks

and yeah my budget is $400 btw

It depends what you want to do with it. What are your plans, i.e. HTPC, gaming, etc...?
